Click the link below and complete the on-line lease application. There is a $10 fee to apply which will include a credit check. The credit check will not be completed until a specific suite has been selected for the application. Please note the following when completing the lease application:

• Be as complete as you can with details.

• Note that this information will be used to populate your lease account. Contact information should be for the applicant, not the business.

• Co-Applicants will need to complete 2 separate lease applications.

• Application information will be kept confidential. The application gives permission for Landlord to perform a credit report and background check on applicant.
